If Spin IDE introduces paid services, the following refund policy will apply:
Subscription Plans: | Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase, unless required by applicable law. |
One-Time Purchases: | Payments for one-time services, including HPC and Quantum Computing resources, are non-refundable unless a technical failure prevents access to the purchased service. |
Exceptions: | Refunds may be granted in extraordinary circumstances, at Spin IDE's discretion, such as billing errors or accidental duplicate payments. |
Processing: | Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. |
