This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to all visitors and users of the Spin IDE website and services (collectively, "Spin IDE," "we," "our," or "us"). Disclaimer: Spin IDE is currently in development and is not yet a registered legal entity. Any references to "Spin IDE" in this document refer to the service as it exists today and do not imply a formally registered company.

If you use Spin IDE as an employee, contractor, or representative of a customer, please contact your employer or organization regarding your privacy rights, as we process your personal information on behalf of that customer.

4. How We Use Your Information

- Providing and maintaining our services.

Spin IDE does not knowingly collect:

- Information from or directed to children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to:
- Use Spin IDE for illegal activities, including malware development or cyber-attacks.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Abuse computational resources beyond fair use limits.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7. AI-Generated Content and Liability
- Any AI-generated code or suggestions provided by Spin IDE are for informational purposes only.
- Users are responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and licensing requirements before deploying AI-generated outputs.
- Spin IDE does not guarantee the correctness, security, or suitability of AI-generated code for any specific purpose.
8. Data Sharing and Third Parties

11. Refund Policy
If Spin IDE introduces paid services, the following refund policy will apply:
| Subscription Plans: | Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase, unless required by applicable law. |
| One-Time Purchases: | Payments for one-time services, including HPC and Quantum Computing resources, are non-refundable unless a technical failure prevents access to the purchased service. |
| Exceptions: | Refunds may be granted in extraordinary circumstances, at Spin IDE's discretion, such as billing errors or accidental duplicate payments. |
| Processing: | Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. |
